Our Process:

We handle all correspondence by phone and online since we work remotely. We are currently on vacation in Asia until February 2027; however, no worries, we have been in business since 2003 and aren't going anywhere. We are still working hard for our customers. It's easy to reach us.

Step 1: Call us on WhatsApp at (909) 234-0508 to schedule an appointment and discuss how we can assist you. It's a Free App. Go to the Google Play Store and download it today. You can also email us with additional questions. 

Step    If you have an old résumé or additional documents for a position you want to apply for, please email them to: vjennings@ieresumeservice.com. If you don't have a résumé, that's okay. We know all the right questions to ask to develop your documents from scratch.

Step 3: Our appointment lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour and includes an in-depth phone consultation to gather your employment and educational history.

Step 4: We review your information, finalize what you need, and guide you through payment. (Payment is due at the end of the initial appointment). 

Step 5: Sit back and relax; we'll handle the rest. Our résumé service customizes your documents to fit you.   We will email your 1st draft documents as a PDF and your final documents in Microsoft Word and PDF on the scheduled delivery date. 

Our standard delivery time is 7 calendar days.  If you need your documents RUSHED, an additional fee will be added to any service if needed.

1 Day (24 Hour) RUSH Service = $150; 2 Day (48 Hour) RUSH Service = $100 and 3 Day RUSH Service = $75 Same Day Rush (4 Hours) = $200

         We will send only 2 emails. 1. First Draft 2. Final Document

We create a first draft for your review. You have 7 days to respond to us regarding any changes you need to your documents. We will then send one final document with all of your requested updates in Microsoft WORD and PDF). (For all previous customers, any updates to the original package you ordered after 7 days of the delivery date the cost is $175).

All information submitted to Inland Empire Résumé Service LLC is confidential per Federal Privacy Laws and remains on file for one year.
